Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking talented M&A and Private Equity two lawyers at Associate and Senior Associate level to join their highly regarded corporate team in Sydney. The practice advises across all aspects of transactional work for private equity sponsors, including private M&A, shareholders and joint venture agreements, management equity plans, and equity structuring matters, as well as broad corporate advisory work spanning corporate governance, corporate compliance, and Corporations Act matters. The client base is truly elite, working with a partner who has acted for some of the world's most prominent global and Australian private equity firms.

About you

• 4–8 years' post-qualification experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Proven experience from a leading Australian or international law firm.
• Australian admitted or England & Wales qualified with strong academic achievement from a top law school.
• A genuine passion for transactional work and the ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing, and collegiate team environment.
