Generalist/Commercial Lawyer (2+ PAE)

Our client is a well-regarded Perth firm that is seeking a Generalist or Commercial Lawyer to join its busy and highly experienced practice.

This role would suit a lawyer with at least 2 years’ post-admission experience across areas such as commercial property, commercial transactions, contractual drafting, and broader commercial advisory work. The practice acts for an established client base across a broad range of matters and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You’ll be joining a client-focused team with strong workflows, quality matters, and genuine mentorship available from senior lawyers across the broader practice.

The Role

You Can Expect Exposure To Matters Including

• Commercial property transactions and leasing
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• Business and commercial transactions
• General commercial advisory work
• Client relationship management and file carriage

About You

• 2+ years’ PAE
• Experience in commercial law and/or commercial property
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage files with appropriate supervision
• A practical, client-focused approach
• Full Australian working rights
