We're partnering with a leading global IT consulting firm to find a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant who can lead client engagements and deliver impactful Microsoft Business Applications solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights—with a strong focus on Copilot and AI-driven capabilities.

The Role

• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and design fit-for-purpose CE solutions
• Advise clients on optimising processes using out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 and AI features
• Own functional solution design and collaborate with technical teams on delivery
• Support UAT, data migration, and integration discussions
• Contribute to presales, proposals, and ongoing client growth

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a lead Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting role
• Expertise in at least two: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights
• Strong understanding of Copilot in Dynamics 365
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
