As Senior Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of NCI's growth — owning new business development across WA and building relationships that matter. This is a pure B2B hunting role, ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors, building trust and closing meaningful deals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively driving new business through prospecting and cold calling across WA
  • Leveraging your network to secure meetings with clients ranging from sole traders to ASX‑listed organisations
  • Converting warm leads generated by our marketing team
  • Attending networking events across multiple sectors to build a strong and sustainable pipeline

You'll be supported by experienced Client Service Managers and dedicated admin support — so once you win the business, you can hand it over with confidence and stay focused on what you do best: prospecting, pitching and closing.

About You

You'll succeed in this role if you:

  • Bring proven B2B sales experience, ideally in a consultative environment.
  • Know how to sell value — not just transactions.
  • Are confident, polished and persuasive both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
  • Are driven by targets, motivated by success and proud of your wins.
  • Communicate effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have solid financial acumen (we'll provide full product training).
  • Build rapport quickly and authentically.
  • Are self‑motivated, results‑driven and excited to be part of a small, supportive team.

Experience in trade credit or financial services is advantageous, but not essential.
