Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives across the South Australian customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within South Australia.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies, including a Sales colleague in South Australia.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Sales Engineer Should Have

  • A strong technical understanding of electrical/mechanical/mechatronic engineering
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn sales and collaborate with a supportive team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
