This role can be based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Making outbound calls to qualified prospects to schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Conducting targeted market research to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in our CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Completing follow‑up tasks, including reporting on call activity, appointments set, and outcomes.

About You

To succeed in this, role you will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated cold‑calling experience in a phone based B2B setting.
  • A confident phone manner and the drive to consistently meet KPIs.
  • A passion for sales and a self‑motivated, results‑oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to quickly grasp complex information and explain it clearly (financial acumen is a big plus).
  • Resilience, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Experience using Pipedrive or similar CRM software (highly regarded).

What We Offer

  • Great commission scheme including payments for each appointment set and then payments when our sales team close the deal!
  • A fantastic culture! One third of our team have been with us for 10 years or more, which says a lot!
  • Industry leading training - lots of experienced people around you for support.
  • Additional leave benefits - up to seven additional days per year!
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Flexible work arrangements including hybrid work once your training is complete!
