What You'll Do

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring goods receivable, deliveries, and inventory are managed and distributed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner while meeting the needs of our customers.

• On‑farm deliveries
• Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders
• Forklift operation
• Providing friendly, helpful customer service
• Inventory control, goods receipting, dispatch, and associated paperwork
• Maintaining safety processes and compliance
• Participating in a rotating Saturday morning roster

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring experience working in a fast‑paced team environment and a genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture. You will also demonstrate:

• A proactive approach to work with strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication skills to build strong, long‑term customer relationships
• A reliable and positive attitude that supports a great team culture
• Full drivers’ licence
• Forklift ticket and HR/MR licence are required.
