About Our Client

A small-sized team with a collaborative culture, they are dedicated to fostering a positive and impactful work environment. This role is a 4 month contract initially and MYOB experience essential.
Job Description
- Prepare and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets as required.
- Provide support for audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payments.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
The Successful Applicant
- 8 years experience in a similar role
- MYOB experience essential
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
