About The Role

The Rigger/Dogman positions are full-time project-based roles based in Clayton VIC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the project's success, contributing significantly to its effective execution.

Select, inspect, and attach rigging equipment for safe load lifting

Direct crane operators using hand signals and radio communication

Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards

Perform load calculations and assess load stability

Clear and prepare lift zones, coordinate with site personnel

Maintain records of inspections and report safety hazards or incidents

What you bring to the role

Demonstrated experience in a similar position

Piling or ground engineering experience (desirable)

Construction Industry white card

Relevant Dogging, Rigger Licence and Working at Heights tickets

The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with other team members

First Aid and Work at Heights certificate (desirable)

Ability to complete a pre-employment medical
