Management Assistant - Sydney
Join our Technology & Transformation team as a Management Assistant supporting leaders within Enterprise Delivery.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney, supporting a hybrid working model. The role requires a minimum of 2 days in the office each week, with flexibility to increase to 3–4 days during key business periods or when team needs require in-person support.
You’ll provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day to day operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex diaries, meetings and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate agendas, materials and follow ups for leadership meetings
- Support inbox management and leader communications
- Arrange travel, accommodation and meeting logistics
- Assist with recruitment coordination including interviews and onboarding
- Process credit card reconciliations and support invoice administration
- Maintain accurate records, reports, org charts and internal systems
- Support team events, workshops and general administration
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an administration, coordination or support role
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proactive mindset with strong problem solving ability
- Experience in diary management or executive support (desirable)
