CRM Specialist
Our client is a highly successful, fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand located in Alexandria, Sydney. This is a senior-level role, where you will work in-house full-time, driving the brand’s digital marketing strategy across paid, social, and search channels.
The CRM Specialist will support the company’s CRM strategy across their global markets, with a focus on customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, and market expansion. Reporting to the Performance Manager, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, data analytics, and creative to deliver results aligned with the brand’s ambitious growth goals. They will build data-driven, customer-centric campaigns and initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value, increase market share, and ultimately, drive consistent YoY revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Global CRM Strategy & Execution
- Work closely with the Performance Manager to design and lead CRM initiatives across the brand’s key markets, building localised communication funnels for new and existing customers.
- Develop strategic actions for the year to support the business’s YoY growth goals.
- Drive initiatives to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty across key markets.
- Build personalised campaigns based on customer segmentation and lifecycle stages.
Data Insights & Optimisation
- Analyse customer data and key performance metrics to generate actionable insights – to be actioned within CRM and wider marketing campaigns.
- Use customer behaviour, transactional data, and market trends to refine segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Partner with data teams to enhance CRM platforms and tools for improved reporting and measurement.

- Be highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact across diverse audiences.
