Job Title: Business Development Specialists (consultive selling roles!)

Location: South Eastern - Hybrid Office and Home Based Roles!

Product: Premium and Complex Devices and Equipment - high end skin laser technology

Salary Package: Base Salary plus Highly Attractive Uncapped Commissions $$$

Overview

Our client in medical aesthetics devices industry is looking for a passionate Remote Sales Representatives/BDMs to help businesses grow using advanced skin laser technology. You’ll be responsible for following up on generated leads from the in-house marketing team, building client relationships, and selling aesthetic and medical-grade skin treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through warm calling and follow-ups (ongoing warm leads provided by the marketing team)
• Present and sell or educate our client’s technology solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage your pipeline and work towards monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Marketing and Education teams on strategies and campaigns.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Experience in field or phone consultive sales (essential) for theses Sales positions.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
• Interest or experience in the aesthetics devices industry (desirable, not essential).
