Position Overview

KIN Property team is looking for a detail orientated Defect Inspector to support our commitment to delivering top-notch defect management services. If you have a background in inspecting and assessing off-the-plan residential projects and or just a keen eye for quality, we’d love to hear from you! Ideal for 1st and 2nd year University Students.

Responsibilities

•Complete thorough defect inspections as required, using the nominated inspection platform.

•Record and track inspection details clearly and with consistency & accuracy.

•Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of each project’s inspection requirements and benchmark standards of workmanship

•Additional responsibilities will vary depending on assigned position.

Requirements, Skills, and Experience:

•Construction induction card (white card) required

•Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

•Off-the-plan residential property/construction experience ideal however we are open to customer service, and or retail experience as training will be provided.

•Capacity to work independently and within teams, cohesively and efficiently

•Confident in building relationships and liaising constructively with a wide range of stakeholders.
