時石證券 Square Capital is a growing financial services group with operations across investment services, cross-border payments, and private client solutions.
With the ongoing expansion of the Group’s digital platforms and mobile application initiatives, particularly within the securities and investment business, we are seeking a commercially minded Digital Platforms & Technology Manager to support project coordination, technology vendor management, and digital platform initiatives across the Group.
This role will primarily focus on mobile APP coordination (Square SE), digital platform support, vendor communication, and cross-functional project collaboration.
The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with management, external development teams, and internal stakeholders to support the coordination, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the Group’s digital platforms and technology initiatives.
This is a cross-functional role suited to someone who is comfortable bridging business operations and technology teams within a fast-moving financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platforms & Mobile Applications
- Coordinate ongoing updates and enhancement activities for the Group’s mobile APP
- Assist with testing coordination, feature rollouts, and platform-related follow-up activities
- Monitor platform-related issues and coordinate with relevant vendors and stakeholders where required
Vendor & Project Coordination
- Liaise with external app developers, software vendors, and technology partners
- Coordinate project schedules, testing activities, and implementation support
- Assist in organising project requirements, feedback, and progress tracking across teams
Technology Coordination & Support
- Support day-to-day digital operations and internal technology coordination
- Assist with user access coordination and general technology administration tasks
- Work alongside internal and external teams to support smooth day-to-day platform operations
Platform Development & Improvement
- Support ongoing digital platform enhancement initiatives across the Group
- Assist management in coordinating new digital projects and platform-related initiatives
- Contribute to the continued development of the Group’s digital ecosystem
Requirements
- Experience in digital platforms, business systems, technology operations, or IT project coordination
- Familiarity with mobile APP, websites, and vendor-managed technology environments
- Experience coordinating with external software developers or technology providers
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment is advantageous
- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or related industries is preferred but not essential
Language
- Ability to read and write in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
