Enterprise Account Executive - ESG SaaS
$150-160k base | $300-320k OTE
Melbourne Based (open to Perth for right individual)
We are partnered with a leading Private Equity-backed organisation looking to bring on a critical sales hire into their team.
Our client is a specialist enterprise software company focused on helping organisations manage their workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
What we’re looking for:
· Strong Upper MM / Enterprise SaaS Experience
· Ideally you come from a background in EHS, ESG, compliance, mining/contech or workforce management
· Someone who can run complex, multi-stakeholder deals and isn't afraid to hunt.

· Largely inbound pipeline — 80% inbound, 20% outbound
· 1:1 SDR support + dedicated pre-sales backing
· Strong brand, global customers, clear growth trajectory
· 3 days in office (Melbourne CBD)
