AREA MANAGER - HEALTHCARE SALES

Parker Healthcare is continuing to grow across Australia and New Zealand, and we are looking for two motivated Area Managers to join our national sales team.

For over 40 years, Parker Healthcare has been an Australian-owned healthcare company providing innovative medical solutions to hospitals across neonatal, maternity, respiratory, anaesthetic and critical care markets.

We design, manufacture and directly distribute both capital equipment and consumable products, partnering with healthcare professionals to improve patient care and clinical outcomes across public and private hospitals nationwide.

QUEENSLAND NORTH AREA MANAGER

· North Brisbane

· Sunshine Coast

· Regional Queensland through to Rockhampton

NSW & NORTHERN REGIONAL AREA MANAGER

· Northern Sydney

· Central Coast

· Northern NSW regional hospitals and healthcare networks

These roles will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, conducting product education, and driving growth across both capital and consumable healthcare portfolios.

You will work closely with clinicians, procurement teams, biomedical departments and hospital stakeholders, helping deliver innovative healthcare solutions that genuinely make a difference to patient care.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for people who are motivated, relationship-driven and passionate about healthcare. You will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of working autonomously and within a team environment. We are seeking candidates focused on delivering results, customer outcomes and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

Previous experience in medical sales, nursing, healthcare or hospital environments is advantageous, however attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Managing and growing a defined sales territory

· Developing strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders

· Identifying and securing new business opportunities

· Conducting product demonstrations and clinical education

· Managing evaluations, trials and customer follow-up

· Attending conferences, workshops and trade events

· Maintaining strong territory planning and pipeline activity
