Working Flexibility: 4 days onsite (Perth-based)

Role Overview

NTT Data is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise-scale infrastructure operations in a high-availability production environment. This role focuses on core infrastructure technologies including Cisco UCS, VMware virtualisation, and enterprise backup platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring stability, performance, and operational excellence across critical systems while working closely with broader infrastructure and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and administration for Cisco UCS infrastructure
• Manage and maintain VMware vSphere and virtualised environments
• Support enterprise backup and recovery operations using Commvault
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across compute, virtualisation, and backup platforms
• Participate in operational processes within a production enterprise environment
• Contribute to system stability, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in an on-call roster as required

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Cisco UCS environments
• Solid background in VMware vSphere and virtualisation platforms
• Proven experience with Commvault backup and recovery solutions
• Broad infrastructure support and troubleshooting capability
• Experience working in enterprise-scale production environments
• Exposure to Red Hat or Linux administration is highly regarded
