Account Manager – HR Tech / HCM SaaS

The Company and

Our client is a globally recognised HR technology and HCM SaaS provider, helping organisations modernise the way they attract, engage, develop, and retain talent.

Due to continued growth across the ANZ region, they are now looking to hire a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio of approximately 100 customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious SaaS sales professional - BDM or Account Manager - or a commercially focused Customer Success Manager who enjoys account development and growth, sales, and uncovering new opportunities within existing customers.

Reporting to the VP Sales, you will take ownership of a portfolio of existing mid-market and enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on:

  • Upselling additional products and modules
  • Cross-selling across the wider HR tech platform
  • Account development and strategic relationship management
  • Driving retention, and customer growth
  • Building strong engagement with VP's of Talent, HRD's, Talent Managers and Senior People Leaders
  • Working closely with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Leadership teams to maximise customer outcomes and revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone on an upward growth trajectory with energy, drive, and strong commercial acumen who's genuinely ambitious and looking to build a long-term career within SaaS sales.

Ideally, you will bring the following:

  • 2–5 years of experience within SaaS sales, Account Management, or a sales-focused Customer Success role
  • Experience managing and growing exisiting customer accounts
  • Strong sales and account planning skills
  • Confidence presenting and engaging with VP-level Talent, HR, and People leaders
  • A proactive and consultative communication style
  • High activity levels, strong pipeline management, and commercial curiosity
  • Experience within HR tech, HCM, SaaS, recruitment technology, or workflow software highly regarded
