Business Analyst

We’re currently on the lookout for a strong Senior Business Analyst with a solid background in data and reporting projects to jump into a major enterprise transformation program.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, can confidently work across multiple business areas, and knows how to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical/data teams.

The project is focused on transforming a large legacy reporting environment into a modern future-state reporting capability, backed by a new Enterprise Data Platform.

What you’ll be doing

• Working with stakeholders across the business to understand current reporting challenges and future needs
• Gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements
• Translating requirements into clear functional specs for delivery teams
• Helping shape future reporting and data product approaches
• Navigating ambiguity, driving conversations, and keeping things moving

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Solid exposure to reporting, data, or analytics-related projects
• Someone comfortable working independently and engaging stakeholders at all levels
• A BA who can confidently bridge business and technical/data conversations
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

Big bonus points for

• Experience with modern data platforms — especially Databricks
• Exposure to enterprise reporting transformations or data product environments

Important: this isn’t a Data Engineer or Data Analyst role. We’re after a true BA who understands data and reporting, but whose strength is working with people, requirements, and delivery teams.
