Based in the Western Suburbs, this role offers the opportunity to partner closely with operational leaders in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment where no two days are the same.

THE ROLE

This is a true HR Business Partner role offering autonomy, visibility and the opportunity to partner closely with operational leaders across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Supporting Employee Relations, workforce management and performance management initiatives, this role is ideal for a strong HR Advisor ready to take the next step into a HR Business Partner position.

Working closely with site leaders, you will provide practical and commercially focused HR advice across Employee Relations, performance management, Modern Awards and HR compliance. You will play a key role in coaching leaders, supporting workforce planning and driving positive people outcomes across the site.

This opportunity suits a proactive and hands-on HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and operating within a fast-paced operational environment.

THE CRITERIA

To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience within a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner position, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or another operationally focused environment.

You will demonstrate strong Employee Relations capability, confidence interpreting Modern Awards and the ability to coach and influence leaders through complex people matters. You will be commercially minded, approachable and comfortable working autonomously while partnering closely with operational stakeholders across the business.
