  • Monitoring aged debt and supporting healthy cash flow outcomes
  • Performing reconciliations and ensuring accurate cash allocation across systems
  • Supporting month-end processes and receivables reporting requirements
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with the wider Finance team to ensure compliance, accuracy and strong service delivery standards

What’s in it for you?

  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Join a supportive and collaborative Finance team
  • Genuine career progression opportunities within a growing business
  • Access LinkedIn Learning and ongoing development opportunities
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family
  • Birthday leave - enjoy a paid day off during your birthday month
  • Discounted private health insurance options
  • Discounted seafood products
  • Generous Helly Hansen clothing discounts
  • Access to reward and recognition programs

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit or Collections in a high-volume environment
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management capability

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong Excel and systems capability
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience within commercial, operational or fast-paced environments will be highly regarded
