About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager (Care), you will lead and deliver key national care initiatives across LDK Seniors’ Living. This role sits at the intersection of clinical excellence, project delivery, and change management, supporting the organisation to continuously improve care outcomes, compliance, and operational performance.
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will partner with stakeholders across the business and provide guidance to care and education teams to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes.
This is a highly collaborative role, where you will work closely with Village Care teams, Clinical Education, and broader stakeholders to improve how care is delivered across our communities.

Role Responsibilities
Operational & Strategic
- Lead and coordinate national care projects and transformation initiatives
- Drive improvements in care delivery, quality, and operational performance
- Support and lead change management initiatives across care operations
Quality & Compliance
- Support the National Care team in delivering safe, high-quality care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across projects
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Clinical Education and care teams
Culture & Leadership
- Role model LDK’s values of Love, Decency and Kindness
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support team development through coaching and mentoring

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing or healthcare-related field
- Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
- Ongoing commitment to professional development
- Proven experience in project management, transformation, or change initiatives
- Background in aged care, community care, or healthcare operations
- Experience driving quality improvement and compliance initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders across a complex organisation
