Project Support Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator. This role offers the chance to be a part of a large project delivery team.

As the Project Coordinator you will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with government requirements, maintain accurate asset records, and support project deliverables and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities include

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and administrative tasks;
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation;
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables;
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes;
• Maintain project registers including risks, issues, and action items;
• Collaborating with project teams and government stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual; obligations related to project materials;
• Track project progress and escalate issues where required; and
• Proactively identifying and addressing issues regarding material handling or documentation.
