Hubloop Solutions runs a career coaching program that helps international students and skilled migrants in Australia move out of survival jobs and into the corporate roles they actually came here for. We've worked with clients across data analytics, marketing, finance, and operations. Our model is hands-on, outcome-driven, and built around real results — not generic advice.

We're growing, and we're looking for a career coach to join us on a contract basis.

The Role

You'll take on a portfolio of clients — conducting 1:1 coaching sessions focused on resume strategy, interview preparation, LinkedIn positioning, and job search execution. You won't be winging it. We have a structured delivery framework you'll work within, and your job is to execute it with warmth, credibility, and precision.

This starts at 10–15 hours per month, with scope growing as client volume increases.

What You'll Do

• Run structured coaching sessions with assigned clients (video call)
• Review and provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles
• Guide clients through cold outreach and interview preparation
• Track client progress and flag issues early
• Maintain session notes and report back to the Ark Abroad team

Who You Are

• Based in Australia — this is non-negotiable
• You have lived experience navigating the Australian job market as a migrant or international graduate, OR you have direct experience hiring and coaching people through that transition
• Background in recruitment, HR, corporate hiring, or career development
• You coach with honesty, not just encouragement — you know how to tell a client the hard truth in a way that moves them forward
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working within a structured framework

Bonus Points

• Experience with ATS optimisation and LinkedIn recruiter mechanics
• Familiarity with the specific barriers migrants face (credential recognition, cultural fit bias, networking gaps)
• You've built your own coaching practice or side business before
