We are looking for a patient-focused Optometrist to join our close-knit franchise team in a flexible role offering between 16–38 hours per week. This opportunity would suit someone seeking work-life balance within a supportive and community-focused practice.

The Role

Flexible part-time to full-time hours
Established patient base
Modern equipment and strong dispensing support
Combination of clinical care and retail optometry
Opportunity to contribute ideas and help support continued practice growth

About You

You will be:

AHPRA-registered as an Optometrist
Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
Friendly, team-oriented and a strong communicator
Comfortable working within a retail optometry environment
An interest in business development or growing the practice is welcomed, but certainly not essential.
