Internal Communications Coordinator

In this busy new permanent role the key responsibilities include -
Preparing and publishing communications content across internal channels, including the intranet email updates and presentations.
Assisting with the coordination of internal communication activities, including maintaining communication calendars and supporting campaign delivery.
Maintain intranet pages, content libraries, templates and distribution lists, ensuring information is accurate, current and well organised.
Providing coordination support to the Communication team, including document management, newsletter preparation, internal events, and content scheduling.
Monitoring analytics to improve future communication strategies
To be successful in this role you will need the following -
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism or a related area
- 4+ years experience in corporate/internal communications, media relations and/or journalism and proven expertise in Corporate Communications
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team
- The ability to oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively under the pressure of last-minute deadlines and changing priorities
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience with communications measurement systems, analytics, intranet platforms, content management systems, and other technologies designed to support communication strategies.
