Well established Insurance organization looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst

Hybrid working model 3-4 days in office | 6 months + possible extensions | up to $950 incl | Melbourne CBD

You will be part of a well established health insurance company based in Melbourne CBD.

Your new role and Qualification

• Process Analysis & Mapping: Analyse and document end-to-end business processes within insurance or financial services environments, using tools such as Visio and BPMN to capture current (as-is) workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Future State Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and model future (to-be) processes that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and customer outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business, technology, and operational teams to gather requirements, validate process improvements, and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process optimisation opportunities through data analysis and industry best practices, driving initiatives that enhance performance, reduce risk, and support regulatory requirements within the insurance sector.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain high-quality process documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards, leveraging BPMN methodologies and tools like Visio to support auditability, change management, and ongoing process maturity.
