• 10 month role

Purpose Of The Role

The purpose of this role is to lead the icare Quality Assurance team to deliver targeted and insightful quality assurance programs aligned to icares Contract.

The role will work collaboratively within the Contract Governance & Quality team and support the Claims Business to provide insights on quality performance to assist with meeting compliance obligations with core regulatory obligations

Key Accountabilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance Programs aligned to icare contracts
• Continually refine and improve the service offering of the Quality Assurance Team
• Ensure that quality audits being conducted by the team are consistent to current legislation, regulations, remuneration and contract requirements
• Work closely with the Manager and Senior Advisor of the Contract Governance and Quality Team to provide valuable quality assurance insights and deliver improved capability and performance
• Develop and implement appropriate reporting regarding QA results, trends, insights and opportunities
• Keeps things simple while driving innovation to achieve differentiation, continuous improvement and supporting teams to adapt quickly and readily to change.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Personal Injury Insurance (NSW Workers Compensation desired)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading teams
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in developing and delivering quality assurance programs
• Sound understanding of Quality Assurance design
• Experience in leading teams and driving performance.
