We’re looking for an experienced

About The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll supervise electrical crews and help deliver works safely, efficiently, and to specification.

You’ll play a key role on site, leading daily activity and working closely with project leadership to keep work moving and standards high.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks, and daily safety conversations.
  • Supervising electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating labour, materials, and daily work plans.
  • Supporting construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Ensuring works meet safety, quality, and project requirements.
  • Helping maintain strong communication between site teams and project leadership.
  • Oversee installation of HV/LV cabling systems, Solar, BESS, or associated infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring

  • Electrical Trade Qualification.
  • Experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Electrician.
  • Background in renewable energy, HV, or large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of WHS and site-based risk management.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding and interoperating relevant Standards and Codes of Practice.
  • Contract Training GC 21 AS/4000 Standard Minor works.
  • Training in OH&S disciples.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
