About Our Client
A market-leader within their respective sector, our client has a presence across Australia, Europe and North America. Due to business growth, the Perth business is now looking to expand its FP&A function with this newly created role.
Reporting into the Head of Business Operations, the key scope of this role will include:
- Analyse and identify commercial trends and provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Drive pricing reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate financial standards.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard business interests.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a team within the accounting and finance department.
- Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate Will Possess The Following Traits
- CA/CPA Qualified.
- Proven track record working within an FP&A role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team towards achieving goals.
