We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader who can build a thriving regional practice from the ground up - someone equally comfortable shaping executive strategy in the boardroom as they are mentoring consultants or engaging in complex architecture and delivery discussions.

The Role

As the Regional Lead - Perth, you will be responsible for growing Vivanti’s WA business across sales, delivery, people leadership, and client engagement.

You will own the regional P&L, build and lead a high-performing consulting team, develop strategic client relationships, and represent Vivanti in the WA market. Most importantly, you will embody and extend Vivanti’s consultant-led culture, one built on credibility, trust, technical excellence, and authenticity.

This is a high-autonomy leadership role for someone who thrives in growth environments and wants to make a genuine impact.

Market Growth & Client Leadership

• Establish and grow Vivanti’s presence in the WA market
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across Data, AI, Cloud, Customer and Digital Transformation
• Develop strategic account plans and regional growth initiatives
• Establish and leverage Strategic Partnerships. Act as the primary local point of contact for our key partners (Snowflake, Databricks, Google, Azure, AWS).
• Represent Vivanti at industry events, client forums, and within the broader WA technology ecosystem

Practice & Delivery Leadership

• Lead successful delivery outcomes across consulting engagements
• Provide strategic guidance across platforms, AI initiatives, architecture, and modern digital solutions
• Ensure operational excellence, delivery quality, and strong commercial performance
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Bring strong technical credibility and consulting experience, enabling trusted engagement with both executive stakeholders and delivery teams
• Act as a senior advisor to clients across modern data, AI, analytics, and cloud transformation initiatives

Team Building & Culture

• Recruit, mentor, and grow an elite consulting team in Perth
• Establish and mobilise Vivanti’s physical Perth office as a collaborative hub for clients, consultants, and the broader WA technology community
• Create an engaging, high-performance environment where consultants can thrive
• Champion Vivanti’s values and consultant-first culture
• Coach emerging leaders and support capability development across the practice

Commercial & Operational Ownership

• Own and manage the WA regional P&L
• Drive utilisation, forecasting, margin performance, and sustainable growth
• Partner closely with international leadership to align strategy and execution
• Contribute to national service offerings, capability development, and innovation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

You are a proven technology and consulting leader with the credibility to engage executives and the practical experience to lead delivery teams.

You likely bring:

• Significant experience in consulting, professional services, or technology leadership.
• Technical DNA: you have deep roots in data engineering, cloud architecture, or analytics. You likely hold (or could easily pass) professional certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, or the major cloud providers.
• Local Nuance: you have an established network within the Perth professional ecosystem and understand the specific demands of the WA market.
• Experience leading teams and building high-performing cultures.
• Commercial acumen with exposure to P&L or business unit management.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• A growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
