What To Expect

Tesla is seeking a high-performing business development professional to drive commercial charging sales across Australia and the wider APAC region. You will lead the sale of DC charging products to major commercial partners, charge point operators, channel partners, distributors, and real estate owners.

You will drive the execution of a program that is making EV charging more accessible, affordable, and dependable for all drivers, backed by Tesla’s industry-leading hardware and software. Success requires grit, urgency, and a high-energy, hands-on approach. You’ll be empowered to move fast, course correct quickly and deliver meaningful results.

Given the rapid expansion of Charging services across APAC, this is a high growth potential opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Drive ambitious growth in commercial charging sales across key accounts across APAC
  • Identify and close new deals, grow existing relationships, and unlock additional volume across accounts
  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline across a wide array of customer sectors
  • Improve partner experience by supporting onboarding, training, and high-quality installations
  • Deliver real-world insights from the field to help shape product improvements and unlock new demand
  • Develop impactful marketing and sales materials to support partner success and represent Tesla at events

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing sales pipelines, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of APAC EV charging markets preferred
  • Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Intrinsically motivated and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals
