What You'll Do

• Design challenging biology questions that test the limits of AI reasoning across undergraduate to Masters-level topics
• Develop clear, rigorous step-by-step solutions that demonstrate expert-level scientific thinking
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logical coherence, and scientific validity
• Identify gaps and errors in AI outputs, providing structured, actionable feedback
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks and improve model performance across biology domains
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology topics
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on remote tasks
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Background in molecular biology, genetics, physiology, or related sub-disciplines
• Familiarity with AI or large language model workflows
