AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and integration of advanced AI capabilities into enterprise-grade software solutions. This role involves architecting scalable systems and guiding development teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-driven applications for a large web-based platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI Solutions: Oversee the implementation of AI features within software products, including generative and agentic AI.
• System Design & Integration: Scope and design AI components that integrate seamlessly with existing software stacks.
• Technical Leadership: Establish best practices and mentor engineering teams
• Cloud Deployment: Architect scalable, AI-enabled features for cloud native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Collaboration: Work closely with product and data science teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Support AI Evaluations: Ensure AI architectures support evaluation and continuous monitoring to meet accuracy, and reliability standards.

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship (mandatory for NV1 defence clearance eligibility).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering or technology development, with significant experience in AI architecture and implementation.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying generative AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data storage, and cloud architecture.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, including technical documentation (e.g., UML).
• Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (React, Spring) is advantageous.
