About The Role

Here at Built Environs, our Graduates progress through a two-year developmental program. You will be exposed to a wide range of senior professionals, including a mentor, who will be able to guide you and encourage you.

You will progress through project-based and office-based rotations, and have access to great employee benefits. We take pride in our great culture that supports creative thinking and career development.

Through guidance from your peers, senior leaders and managers, you will be responsible for tasks including:

  • Document control.
  • Assisting the Estimators preparing pre-qualifications and tenders.
  • Assisting the Project Manager and Site Manager during all phases of the construction process.
  • Conformity of all construction activities with Company procedures and policies and with WHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act and all Codes of Practice.
  • Conformance to time schedules, budgets and performance criteria.
  • Collating deliverables required for practical completion.
  • Managing project close out and archiving.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Recently completed tertiary qualification in Construction Management / Building Economics).
  • Self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision with focus on results.
  • Competent in use of MS Office.
  • Be a permanent resident of Australia.
