We currently have a full-time permanent opportunity available, along with additional casual positions to support our growing team.

About the role

As the welcoming face of our dental centre, you'll support patients from the moment they walk through the door. You'll manage appointments, assist with patient enquiries, process payments and help keep the centre running smoothly. You'll also have the opportunity to learn sterilisation (Steri) processes as part of the role.

• Previous administration, medical reception or customer service experience
• Friendly, professional and organised approach
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Willingness to learn dental systems and Steri processes
• Team player with a positive, patient-focused attitude
