What You’ll Be Doing

As a Communications Officer you will play a critical role in shaping how one of our most significant Transformation Programs comes to life across the business.

In this 12-month fixed term role, you’ll create clear, engaging communications that break down complex project updates into simple, meaningful messages. You’ll work closely with project and change teams to bring our people and leaders on the journey and understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how it impacts.

What We’re Looking for

• 2 – 3+ years’ experience in internal or project communications (or similar) within a fast-paced environment
• Confident simplifying complex ideas into clear, easy-to-understand messages
• Strong relationship builder who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders
• Well organised with great attention to detail, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Positive, adaptable and people-focused, with the confidence to influence and communicate effectively
