Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team based out of Truganina, VIC, operating from our modern, built-for-purpose facility.

About The Role

This is a dynamic field-based position where you will deliver high-quality service to our customers through breakdown support, diagnostics, fault finding and preventative maintenance.

You’ll be supported by our national coordination team and experienced supervisors, equipped with the latest tools and mobile technology to efficiently manage your day.

Approximately 90% of your time will be spent travelling to customer sites across the region, with the support of our purpose-built Truganina facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns in the field
  • Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
  • Conducting fault finding across mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Delivering safe, professional and customer-focused service
  • Collaborating with workshop and technical teams on larger repairs

About You

  • Mechanical Trade Certificate (all mechanical trades considered)
  • Experience working on fixed or mobile plant equipment, automotive or similar
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
  • Commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
  • Full working rights in Australia
