This role will be a crucial cog in the business, partnering with all key stakeholders, as well as all key C-Suite directors.
Job Description
- Provide financial analysis and support to key business stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for business units.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets and KPIs.
- Support the implementation of financial strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA are highly regarded.
- Experience in the FMCG industry, highly desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
- Proficiency in SAP and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
