Join Henkel and play a pivotal leadership role within the Laundry & Home Care business, shaping the future of some of ANZ’s most trusted consumer brands. As part of the Marketing Leadership Team for Henkel Consumer Brands, you will lead the strategic direction, planning, and growth of the Laundry & Home Care portfolio, driving long-term sustainable success across the business.

Leading a team of five Brand Managers, you will drive impactful marketing strategies that deliver revenue growth, strengthen brand performance, and achieve commercial targets. Working closely with the Marketing Director and key stakeholders, you will help shape and execute the ANZ Henkel Consumer Brands strategy and contribute to achieving key business KPIs.

What You´ll Do

  • Lead the Laundry & Home Care portfolio strategy across ANZ to deliver business growth, profitability, and key commercial KPIs.
  • Manage portfolio and brand P&Ls, ensuring effective marketing investment, budget control, and strong ROI outcomes.
  • Support annual business planning, forecasting, and profitability initiatives in partnership with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams.
  • Guide the development and execution of 3-year brand plans and 3–5-year innovation pipelines to drive long-term category growth.
  • Champion consumer, category, and market insights to deliver innovative marketing strategies, compelling campaigns, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Partner with Commercial Excellence and key stakeholders to optimise portfolio strategy, pricing, distribution, and go-to-market execution.
  • Build strong relationships with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align brand initiatives and strategic priorities across ANZ.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused marketing culture.

What makes you a good fit

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years’ marketing experience, including people leadership, ideally within FMCG.
  • Proven success managing brands or portfolios to deliver sustainable growth and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across matrix organisations.
  • Commercially and analytically driven, with experience developing and executing successful marketing and brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for consumer-centric brands and developing high-performing teams.
