Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Leadership Team
- Manage travel bookings in line with company policy
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and mail (including PO Box management)
- Coordinate office operations, including facilities, fleet management, and vendor liaison
- Maintain office standards, including cleanliness, supplies, and equipment
- Prepare purchase orders and manage office inventory (SAP)
- Support meetings and committees (agenda preparation, minute taking)
- Act as WHS Coordinator and support compliance initiatives
- Welcome visitors and ensure a professional, compliant front-of-house experience
- Assist with event planning, including internal and offsite activities
- Provide general administrative, reception, and team support as required
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Office Administrative Assistant Should Have
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency
- Driving Licence required
