About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts payable processes, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time while building positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate invoice approvals in line with company policies
- Manage supplier payments within agreed terms
- Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts
- Support the management of Owner Driver and Contractor accounts and payments
- Manage retention bonds and on-charges
- Reconcile company credit card and bank transactions
- Complete Accounts Payable balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with motor vehicle and equipment lease administration
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and process improvements
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable within a medium to large organisation
- Strong end-to-end Accounts Payable experience in a complex business environment
- Confidence managing reconciliations, supplier accounts, and payment processes across high transaction volumes
- Confidence working with finance systems and high-volume processing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A collaborative approach and positive attitude
A qualification in Finance or Accounting will be highly regarded.
