What You Will Do

As wellbeing support officer, you will support the wellbeing team with daily operations and projects.

You will help deliver health, safety and wellbeing programs across the department.

You Will

  • support meetings and prepare clear records and correspondence
  • coordinate training sessions, attendance lists and communications
  • manage incoming requests and keep accurate team records
  • provide practical advice on department processes and procedures
  • improve systems and administrative processes across the wellbeing team.

About You

You should have strong skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel. You should also feel confident managing tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.

You Should Also Have

  • strong organisation and time management skills
  • good problem-solving skills and sound judgement
  • clear communication skills with different people and teams
  • experience improving administrative processes and supporting projects.
