Software Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Application Modernisation Consultant. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in AWS cloud modernisation, .NET, Java, Oracle, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application modernisation programs using DDD, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Assess legacy Oracle, .NET, and Java applications and define migration strategies
• Modernise .NET Framework apps to .NET Core/.NET 8+ on AWS
• Migrate Java/JEE apps to Spring Boot, containers, and serverless platforms
• Execute Oracle DB migrations to AWS-native databases using DMS/SCT
• Design scalable AWS cloud-native solutions using ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation), and DevOps practices
• Provide architecture guidance, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for migration planning and delivery
• Advise customers on modernisation trends, AI-assisted development, and automation
• Mentor teams and create reusable migration frameworks/runbooks
• Work closely with customer engineering teams for hands-on delivery and implementation
