Position- Senior Systems Engineer
Location- Canberra
Duration- 12 Months with 2 Extensions
Hello Professionals ! We are looking for an "Senior Systems Engineer" for one of our Federal Client based in Canberra.
Key duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-level specialist technical/professional advice on technical assurance, compliance and technical progress;
- Provide system engineering expertise and technical knowledge;
- Perform engineering assurance and technical information review activities;
- Develop engineering processes, procedures, and guidelines for the Program;
- Develop and manage Technical Certification framework;
- Maintain professional knowledge and continue to develop knowledge and expertise in relation to professional skills
- Support life-cycle management of capability and Earth Observation Program, including requirements development and management, monitoring and reporting, and capability acceptance;
- Work closely with EO delivery Branches and cross-functional teams, stakeholders and partners to achieve EO Program objectives;
Essential criteria
- 1.Key duties and responsibilities, such as
- 1) Relevant experience in managing engineering aspects of capability or projects in government or industry;
- 2)Demonstrated understanding of technical certification and engineering compliance;
- 2.Minimum of 8 years’ broad experience across system integration and systems engineering in complex systems, in Government or Industry.
- 3.Minimum Bachelor degree level in a relevant Engineering discipline (e.g. systems engineering)
Note : Must be an Australian Citizen. Must be able to obtain Baseline.
