Based in North Ryde, this is a fully office-based role (5 days onsite).

THE ROLE

Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside another Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process across a high volume of roles.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Managing and aligning hiring managers’ diaries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting the broader recruitment function in a fast-paced environment

THE CRITERIA

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of three years’ experience working in a recruitment position, either agency or in-house, and have proven experience operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment recruiting across retail or sales. You will demonstrate strong resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders while effectively managing competing priorities and maintaining strong working relationships across the business.
