Whether you’re leading an energetic group session or offering personalised guidance in one-on-one training, you’ll be key in helping our members smash their wellness goals in a place they love to belong.
Responsibilities
Class Instruction
- Lead group fitness classes according to the schedule and class programming.
- Ensure a safe and motivating class environment.
- Tailor classes to the fitness levels and needs of participants.
- Record client data and report to the team about clients.
Operational Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the fitness area.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and properly used.
- Assist with new member orientations and tours of the facility.
Professional Development
- Stay current with the latest fitness trends and health guidelines.
- Attend professional development seminars and workshops.
- Continuously seek certification in new fitness disciplines.
Qualifications
- First Aid & CPR
- Cert III in Fitness
- Cert IV in Fitness not required, but good one to have!
Skills
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Empathy and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- High energy and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.
- Technical skills with fitness equipment and training techniques.
