A high-performing real estate team based in the Ryde area is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support an established agent while continuing to grow their own career in residential sales.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with previous Sales Associate experience who enjoys prospecting, buyer management, and building strong client relationships within a fast-paced sales environment.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a well-established real estate team operating within Sydney’s northern suburbs, specialising in residential property sales and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Our focus is on strong market presence, relationship-driven sales, and developing high-performing agents through mentorship and hands-on exposure across all stages of the sales process.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with a Lead Agent supporting the day-to-day sales process while actively contributing to lead generation and buyer management.

You will:

  • Conduct prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Manage buyer enquiries and maintain ongoing client communication
  • Assist with open homes, inspections, and campaign support
  • Build and nurture relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Support the end-to-end sales process from listing through to settlement
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
  • Assist with database management and pipeline growth
  • Learn and develop across all aspects of residential sales

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

  • Minimum 2 years’+ experience as a Sales Associate within real estate
  • Strong confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Experience managing buyers and building client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive and driven attitude
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (NSW)
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Full working rights in Australia
