About the role

Must have experience with load restraints. A rare opportunity at our Nathan Road site, you’ll be accountable for the safe loading, training warehouse teams and drivers, managing compliance records, and leading a safety-first culture. Day shift: 5 am - 1 pm

Key responsibilities

• Safe loading and delivery of customer orders
• Train warehouse teams and drivers in Load Restraint and safe loading
• Maintain Driver Log Books, BFM records and run Load Restraint courses
• Routine trailer audits (min. 3/week) and weekly Driver Toolboxes
• Report and resolve safety hazards via Noggin

Requirements

• Experience in transport, logistics or warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of Load Restraint requirements
• BFM accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
• Proactive communicator who takes ownership
