SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors Consultant based across Australia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in a dynamic environment while working with a team of dedicated professionals.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Cloud technology.
• Thorough knowledge of at least three SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, and Compensation.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
